The PROJECT X 2018 conducts an absolute zero tolerance policy with regard to drugs! It is prohibited to use, deal or be in possession of drugs on both the party grounds and venue compounds. Lucid Loft and the venue owners will not be held responsible for any incident and has the right to deny entry to those who are found in possession.

Undercover security enforcers will be staffed to enforce all drug violations.  Event Organizers will provide an amnesty box at the entrance of the Event and we encourage all attendees to “turn in, no questions asked” any illegal or illicit drugs and/or substances prior to entering the Event.  If you SEE SOMETHING-SAY SOMETHING.  If you observe any attendee using, selling, distributing and/or in the possession of any illegal or illicit drugs and/or substances, immediately notify a police officer, security personnel or your supervisor.  Be proactive and make a difference.

Event Organizers shall, at all times, reserve the right to either deny any person entry into or to eject any person from the party, who in the sole and absolute discretion of Event Organizers are in violation of Party rules, which rules may be updated from time to time, with or without notice.

All partygoers are subject to being searched prior to entry into the party, including members of the media.  By requesting entry into the Event, all partygoers and attendees shall be subject to a thorough TSA-style pat down search, including emptying pockets and bags, and having your items examined.

The minimum age limit to enter the party grounds is 18 years.
The security will monitor and control everyone in the area and your identification will be requested and checked at the Bag .

• No unauthorised drones or unmanned aerial vehicles
• No animals except for service animals assisting an individual with a disability. “Comfort,” “therapy” or “emotional support” animals do not meet the definition of a service animal and are not permitted entry to the Event.
• No large chains, chained wallets or spiked jewelry
• No laser pens, laser pointers, or similar focused light devices
• No musical instruments, noisemakers or air horns
• No poles, sticks, or “totems”
• Additional items may be prohibited at the discretion of law enforcement or security officials.

You´re hungry? That´s no problem. There are loads of different FOOD TRUCKS over at the field with delicious meals and plenty of drinks at our Bar. Payment only with cashless. You’re not allowed to bring your own food and drinks to the compound map.

We know you are here to have the time of your life. The warm weather of MALAYSIA, non-stop dancing and vigorous physical activity can lead to dehydration and overheating. We encourage our patrons to stay hydrated and drink plenty of water as well as sport drinks in order to replenish the body’s electrolytes.

If you see a person who is showing any signs of distress which may include: nausea, vomiting, headaches, confusion, blurred vision, racing heartbeat, shallow breathing, muscle tremors, inability to talk, discolored lips or has expressed to you that they are not feeling well, contact a security officer, a police officer, First Aid personnel or a Project X 2018 personnel for Medical Assistance immediately. Help us keep you safe and healthy.

The security staff keep a watchful eye on any criminal activity on the camping and festival grounds. Unfortunately it not avoidable that here and there things get stolen. Therefore we advise you to leave your valuables either in the car or wear them tight to the body.

The artists and the organisers of Project X 2018 cannot be held accountable for damage, loss or theft nor for any other accident. For damage of any kind suffered by visitors, the organizer only takes responsibility and accepts liability if the damage was caused intentionally or by gross negligence by the organizers or their representatives or agents. Therefore the organizers will not be liable for personal injuries and property damage.

In this case the general terms and conditions of the Lucid Loft parties, Lucid Loft Ventures and the extra listed party rules do apply.
